Serving and discussing the new rose of a famous brand
Domaine Ott could be the inventor of the beautiful salmon pink Provence rose and is still making one of the best rose wines ever made. Their famous Château De Selle blend is used by sommeliers in the top of the gastronomy and found on the fanciest hotspots in the world. But.. did you know they got a rose wine that’s on a lower price range? It isn’t the deep and wide taste you know them for but it’s fruity, elegant en refreshing. A perfect drink for a light lunch or afternoon moment in the sun. To give more attention to this BY.OTT blend we did a sampling in one of the biggest F&B wholesale chains.
In this stores they were able to taste the wine and have a conversation with one of our sommeliers about it. When they bought a box they could leave their contact details and were able to win a lunch in the Provence at the domain. They could also signup their restaurant to be a Ott ambassador en discuss the possibilities of materials like chairs, parasols, hats, coolers and clothing for the hospitality crew. On the tasting bar we had the new vintage and the visitors could taste the difference between the new and last years vintage.
